In winters, we turn on water heater and turn tap on to fill hot water in bucket. Sometimes, even though bucket is full and water is spilling from bucket still water heater is on. What if water heater can turn itself off as soon as bucket is full. This will be intelligent water heater.
This can save electricity to a great extent.
This can be achieved using AI. Since sound coming due to water spill is different from unfilled bucket sound. Hence sound analysis can tell us when exactly bucket is full and heater needs to be turned off.
As soon as AI system detects difference in sound (occurring due to water spill), it should trigger event and turn off water heater.
Other than sound approach, we can also use camera vision data.
On similar approach, we should have AI tabs. As soon as it detects change in sound (due to water spill) tab should be turned off. This will save thousands of liters of water. Think of this at India level where every tap is AI tap, how much water will be saved.
