Solution: AI-Based Resume Screening System
This project uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning to intelligently match resumes with job descriptions based on skills, experience, and relevance.
Instead of asking:
“Does this resume contain the keyword?”
AI asks:
“How similar is this candidate’s profile to the job requirement?”
